Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States

Unfortunately, we cannot process orders with shipping addresses outside of these countries at the moment. Such orders will be canceled, and payments will be refunded promptly.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping destination.

While IOTEE works with trusted courier partners, we are not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • Issues arising during transit, including those caused by external factors beyond our control.
